Situated in the heart of the Chianti district, less than one kilometer from Panzano in Chianti, the villa can also be reached by foot along a private path.
Panzano is a characteristic medieval town with shops, restaurants and public services.
Inside the estate, in addition to Villa la Dama there are another two villas which also feature in our catalogue: Il Torchio and Le Stalle. Each of them offers privacy: private swimming pool, private gardens and outdoor spaces. All together they can accommodate up to a maximum of 37 people.
All three villas are environmentally friendly and have a geothermal and solar energy power supply.
The VILLA
With views of the illustrious Chianti countryside of olive-groves and vines, it is furnished in a classic Tuscan style with touches of French and Italian antiques in light, neutral colors; it has wooden flooring and exposed wooden-beams.
In this very romantic villa, ancient architecture meets with the comfort and luxury of an impeccably renovated house.
The villa has seven double bedrooms with private bathroom, a spacious living room, indoor heated swimming pool, two lounges, a dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with all mod cons.
From the turret on the top floor of the villa it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view of the whole countryside with vineyards, cypress trees and olive-groves.
This is an ideal location for a large family or a group of friends.
The secluded and private Mediterranean garden and the stone terraces are an ideal setting for the infinity swimming pool and the second, small, 5m x 6m swimming pool, depth 60 cm, with hydromassage (which can be heated on request at an extra cost). Stone-covered solarium for spending long relaxing afternoons and sunbathing in an extremely beautiful setting listening to the sound of the natural spring waters flowing down from the nearby hillside. There is also an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, table and chairs for eating al fresco.
