- The cleaning of the kitchen is not included in the daily cleaning service, if used by guests it is possible to request a cleaning service at a cost of € 100 per meal.
- * The damage deposit to be paid on arrival can also be paid by credit card.
- ON REQUEST :
- cooking service on request with estimate at the time of request.
- Laundry and ironing service provided by the staff.
- Concierge service at the villa: the villa offers assistance for various services on which it will charge a 10% commission (e.g.: boat hire, wine tasting, etc.).
- Any events (weddings, various celebrations) are not included in the rental price. The property does not accept organisations and personnel from outside the villa. In the case of events guests will be subject to a separate contract from the holiday rental contract and in the case of events, the applicable rental rate will be that of the maximum capacity of persons (14 rooms).

- on request it is possible to organise events using the services provided by the property /
- minimum one week in July and August, at other times of the year stays of less than one week are possible (on request) /
- it is not possible to organise dinners, events, meetings with extra people not hosted in the villa, unless previously authorised by the owner (an extra charge may be applied) /
- on request breakfast service, lunches, dinners (quotation to be requested at the time of booking) /
